Conky Light by La-manoue Conky Light by La-manoue
Light version of my conky, with also different fonts. Everything is included in the zip. Still changing colors when temperature or disk space is getting critical.

As previouslly, extract the zip, put the lua script in "~/conky" folder and the ".conkyrc" file in your home "~/"
Open and install the fonts, start conky => enjoy !

Once again, thanx to dinozaur1982 for the original shared conky/ lua script.

Edit 19/06/2013 : the fixes have been updated in the zip file.

hi! thank you very much for this conky, its perfect. i installed it on my gentoo/gnome 3.12 but it looks not like your screenshot. :/ some text is missing and the text is not on the right place. (see attachment).. maybe this is caused by my high resolution? 2560x1440.. the fonts are installed.

Hmm... well you can delete core 1 to 3 in lua script (it starts at 0), and do the same in the .conkyrc

For exemple, core number 2 in lua is ;
{
name='cpu',
arg='cpu1',
max=100,
bg_colour=0x000000,
bg_alpha=0.7,
fg_colour=0x1faaf0,
fg_alpha=0.8,
x=200, y=120,
radius=71,
thickness=12,
start_angle=0,
end_angle=240
},

And in conky, the same core is :
${font Play:normal:size=7}${voffset 2}${goto 120}${color1}CPU 2${alignr 330}${color1}${cpu cpu1}%

Delete these parts, plus the ones for cores 3 and 4, and you should get what you want.

Well, it's complicated to modify it, not to run it or to understand it. Or so I would say.
I refer to it any time the fan start, and I can see instantly which processes are running high on CPU, the temperature, the memory usage, etc... Most of the time there's no need to open a terminal and run 'top'
